You may operate the device by pressing the ON-OFF button on the remote
Time setting :
Take the device to your desired timing by pressing the time button on the remote. The time that appears on the screen will be changed every time you press time button. (You may program the ROCK RX Chair to five minutes, ten minutes… forty minutes. If you take it to FF position, the timer will be deactivated.) After taking it to the desired time, operate the device through the adjusted time period, the device will automatically stop at the end of the period. You may follow the remaining time via the screen
Program :
You may operate ROCK RX at eight different programs ranging from A0 through A7. Choose any program from A0 to A7 by pressing the program button. Every time you press the program button, it will take to the following program. A0 applies the other programs as well. After choosing the program to follow, what you need to is to lay down and enjoy it. ROCK RX will operate for you.
Note: You may program the device while it is still in operation. Your time setting will not be affected by this change.
